The Ozone system that has been created for ABI consists of two integrated water purification plants.
The smaller unit will be used for the washing of Caps and Bottles and the larger system will be for the specialised purification of BON AQUA™ water. The International Bottling standard is that water should contain a minimum residual of 0.4ppm of Ozone. In this regard Chemfree have built the systems to meet the requirements of ABI. The systems comprise the following components:
Ozone Generator, Oxygen PSA concentrator, Re-Circulation pump, Contacting Chamber, Ozone Off gas and destruct, Prominent Dulcometer - Dissolved Ozone monitors. |
